The new SUV will be built on a slightly revised ladder frame architecture that will debut on the Ford Ranger next year. Volkswagen is likely to employ the same chassis for its next-generation Amarok truck, which will be available in several overseas countries.
Aside from the chassis, the new Endeavour will share engine options and a few body panels with the upcoming next-generation Ford Ranger. The new Ranger will have comparable style to the F150, such as C-shaped daytime running lights and a squarish front end. The drivetrain and four-wheel-drive system will also be shared.
The next-gen Ford Everest will be offered with a 2.0-litre twin-turbocharged 4-cylinder diesel engine that produces 210bhp of power and 500Nm of torque. There will be a new 3.0-litre turbocharged 6-cylinder diesel engine in the top-spec model. This engine will offer 250bhp of power and 600Nm of torque. The 6-cylinder diesel engine is currently offered in the American-spec Ford F-150.
The new Ford Endeavour/Everest is expected to be equipped with the brand’s SYNC4 infotainment system with a new 12.8-inch vertical infotainment screen. It will also receive a new 10.25-inch digital instrument console. The infotainment system will be compatible with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, along with remote connectivity. The vehicle will also receive connected car technology.

The next-gen Ford Everest is expected to be released in the second half of 2022 in global markets. It is expected to be launched in the Nepalese market in the late 2022 or early 2023.
